Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Carriers:

• We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for reliable delivery.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping options may be available in the future.

• PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may have limited shipping options and extended delivery times.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• 2nd Skin Welding Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assistance with a claim.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

• If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
